Shelby had a strong interest in art since she was young. She gained lots of inspiration from Pokémon and anything dinosaur related as a kid, and grew up around her grandmother and aunt being creative and reupholstering things around their houses whenever they felt the urge to do so.
She got her first tattoo license in 2012 in Biddeford, Maine. She moved to Vermont for a bit, then lived in North Carolina for 6.5 years, and moved back up home in 2020.
She enjoys creating designs with a focus on illustrative and expressive animals. Her goal in all this is to make a meaningful piece for the client that is also meaningful to her as well.
Shelby loves spending time with her family. She has a son that's pretty rad, and a boyfriend who is really good to them. They have a pretty mellow home life and like to go kayaking and fishing whenever they can. She loves listening to different perspectives from clients and trying to make people feel as comfortable as possible during the tattoo process.
