Steve Marzza

Steve has always been in love with tattooing since a young age. Being around it growing up and having two uncles who tattooed helped propel that desire. After nearly ten years removed from art, he picked up painting and quickly landed an apprenticeship right here in Portland. After a few years of tattooing he opened his first shop on Congress Street and the following year he decided to open Dark Harbor Tattoo Society in Portlands Old Port. Specializing in black work of all forms, Steve still loves to put bright bold colors on clients and can adjust to almost any style. On his time off he enjoys helping with and putting on local fundraisers, traveling in and out of country, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
