Aftercare Instructions

Wash your hands thoroughly before cleaning or touching your piercing for any reason.
Spray your piercing a minimum of 2-3 times a day with saline solution as well as any time you touch your piercing. You do not have to move/rotate the jewelry when cleaning/rinsing the piercing and it may cause irritation to the piercing.
Dry piercing with a clean, disposable product like gauze or cotton swabs, and gently remove any crusty debris or build up. Avoid using cloth towels to dry your piercing as they harbor bacteria and snag on the jewelry.

We do not recommend mixing your own sea salt solution. Mixing your own solution can result in the solution to be too salty and strong for your piercing and it can make the piercing very dry and interfere with the healing process. We highly encourage that you use sterile saline, also labeled as wound wash.
