TOlivia, also well known as 'OC', has always had a love for art and drawing. She grew up in southern ME and NH, and has been interested in tattoos for as long as she can remember. As a late teenager, tattooing seemed like a dream job and out of reach for her. When she was 20 she decided to seriously pursue tattooing as a career and landed an apprenticeship right in Portland, ME. She has been tattooing ever since and hasn't looked back. Her style is best described as Traditional and American Traditional. In OC's free time you can find her hanging out with her dog, friends and family, drawing, as well as being outside in nature as much as possible.
