Jim Galloway

Jim, James or Galloway (whichever you prefer) is a 4th generation Floridian. He got his first tattoo at 17, in true
Florida Man fashion, in the back room of a single-wide trailer in Jacksonville, behind a Circle K convenience store. Don't let that sway you, his respect for and practice of the art has only grown since then. Life has led him in many directions until he finally decided to pursue tattooing as a career and began his apprenticeship at the age of 34. Having spent his first seven years tattooing in Tampa he has lived and worked for the last ten in Key West. Seventeen years of plying his trade in street shops has given him the ability to execute nearly every style of tattooing. His heart though is in realism in all shades and colors, preferably black and gray. Yes he's from away but this traveling artist has come to love all things Maine. He enjoys traveling, live music and a wide range of activities so long as it involves spending time with his beautiful wife Rebekah and their three obnoxious but lovable corgis.
